hi it's me the indecisive guy with a third version of vicky applause applause whistleblowing etc.Perfectionism is bad and results in many different designs of a single character, as I've learned
I think I just lack focus or a goal with her and I'm not sure how to remedy it without overhauling 10,000 times

I wouldn't worry too much about the number of times a character is redesigned. (Three's a nice small number though, at least comparatively.)
Any great character has had a whole lot of 'work done' (writing and re-writing, background and appearance editing, exct.)
Vicky here, she's definitely been through a lot conceptually speaking. I'd say it's more progression than overhauling, as the base still remains similar to its origin. ^~^

I don't really think of it as many different versions of the same character, rather as the same character in different points in their life. Β I think that its fine if they look exactly the same for years but I feel it makes them more relatable if they change and evolve over the years like the rest of us.
