Description My fanmade roster for the next Super Smash Bros. games coming in 2014. This roster contains every player from Brawl except for six players along with a bunch of new characters.

Now that the fourth game has finally been announced, there are going to be a lot of changes coming up. This roster includes the official artworks of the players confirmed so far, a few veterans swapped out for newcomers old and new, and, of course, the first three new players confirmed to be joining the series. Not much has changed since the last roster. This roster mainly focuses on aesthetic changes. More aesthetic changes may be made.

*PLEASE READ!*
I admit I went overboard with Mario, Zelda, Kirby, and Pokémon characters (especially Pokémon). I wish I could give you all explanations for my choice in characters, but I think it would take too long. And, yes. All the previous feedback I've gotten was valuable, but my mind doesn't change easily. These are just my personal opinions for a semi-possible roster that won't be used by Nintendo. So, sorry to any of you who don't like the Mario princesses, humans from Pokémon, the fact that there are no new franchises etc. Please bear with me. Just so you know, these aren't predictions. I'm just experimenting and making up a "sort of" wish list, so... don't judge me. I'm just having fun.

Newcomer Bios:
Midna: The imp-like princess of Twila. A famously requested player from the hit Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Though not as strong as her true form, her space-warping powers are still a big threat.
Birdo: The bow-sporting pink dinosaur. Birdo is Yoshi's buddy in many Mario get-together games. Sadly, she never appears in Yoshi's games. She can fight by launching eggs and fireballs from her snout.
Bandana Dee: The bandana-sporting warrior. His inclusion completes the "Kirby's Return to Dreamland quartet". He's bigger and smarter than the Waddle Dees King Dedede throws, and his spear can deliver speedy attacks.
Krystal: A female member of Star Fox. She continues the pattern of having one new character from the Star Fox games join the fray. She has similar attacks to the other three players, but she's the fastest and lightest.
Meowth: The Scratch Cat Pokémon. Meowth is best known as the comedic and talkative member of Team Rocket. Even though he almost never wins, he still stays persistent. His Pay Day attack is especially useful in Coin Battles.
Solana: A Pokémon Ranger from Fiore. Who says only Pokémon can fight? Solana's the first human character from Pokémon to fight directly with the others. Her Capture Styler causes damage by making loops around opponents.
Villager: A boy from Animal Crossing. He's coming to town and is ready to join in on the action. He may look innocent, but that doesn't stop him from getting his hands dirty. He fights by picking up and using items he collects.
Tom Nook: A shopkeeper from Animal Crossing. He's a pretty commonly requested player by the Animal Crossing fandom. Like Villager, he fights using a variety of items.

Hidden Newcomer Bios:
Daisy: The tomboy princess of Sarasaland. She has similar moves to her counterpart, Peach, but not too similar or else they would be clones. Unlike Peach, however, she focuses a little more on strength than finesse.
Rosalina: The kind-hearted princess of the Comet Observatory. She can borrow power from stars and defend with magic force fields. She's a little harder to control than Peach and Daisy due to her spacey and floaty movements.
Ghirahim: The flamboyant, arrogant Demon Lord. Ghirahim is one of the main villains from the recent Zelda hit, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. He attacks with demonic powers, and his true form is an evil sword.
Awakened Mewtwo: Mewtwo's new Forme. This new form of Mewtwo's made its debut in Pokémon: ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens. Not much is still known about it yet, but it will most likely surprise us all.
Elesa: The Shining Beauty. Elesa is a Gym Leader from Unova and one electrifying supermodel. She commands three Electric-type Pokémon who all know the move Volt Switch which allows them to deal damage before substituting.
-Zebstrika: The Thunderbolt Pokémon. Zebstrika is the evolved-form of Blitzle and Elesa's partner Pokémon. It is a beast at speed and power, and it can use Flame Charge to boost its speed even more... if you don't mind the recoil.
-Emolga: The Sky Squirrel Pokémon. Emolga is the Unova equivalent of Pikachu. Like Pit and Charizard, it can fly and glide. It can also use Acrobatics for recovery and Attract to stun male opponents.
-Stunfisk: The Trap Pokémon. Stunfisk is tired of being rejected by the Pokémon fandom and wants to prove that it is capable of much more. It can hide itself underground and shock opponents or leave Mud Bombs on the field.
N: The former king of Team Plasma. N is a math wiz with the power to communicate with Pokémon. He commands three Pokémon, or friends, who fight for him. His Final Smash is summoning either Reshiram or Zekrom to the stage.
-Zoroark: The Illusion Fox Pokémon. Zoroark was the star Pokémon in Pokémon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions. It doesn’t fight like Mewtwo and Lucario as most fans would expect. Zoroark’s attacks include Night Daze and Foul Play.
-Munna: The Dream Eater Pokémon. Munna is the mascot of the Pokémon Dream World. Munna can use Hypnosis to put nearby opponents to sleep and then use Dream Eater to cause damage while replenishing its strength.
-Fraxure: The Axe Jaw Pokémon. Fraxure was the first Unova Pokémon ever designed. It serves as a balance between the heavy and speedy Zoroark and the light and slow Munna. Fraxure’s attacks include Dual Chop and Dragon Rage.
Lucina: Prince Chrom's future daughter. She is a descendant of Marth's who travelled back in time to prevent a disastrous future from happening. She battles valiantly with her Parallel Falchion.
Waluigi: The twig-thin arch-enemy to Luigi. It's a shame he's doesn't appear in his buddy's games, WarioWare. Originally an Assist Trophy, his attacks include his trusty tennis racket and other crafty tricks.
Mega Man: The mascot of Capcom, and everyone's favorite blue robot. Joining the battle here is a huge honor for him. Rather than punching and kicking, he uses his Variable Weapon System to launch an array of physical and distance attacks.
Wii Fit Trainer: The trainer from the Wii Fit games. She's weighing in as a player no one thought would be possible. She fights gracefully with moves that look like fitness exercises and Yoga poses.

Interesting choices here too you got here. Still sad to hear the new from the creator Masahiro Sakurai that he said not everybody will be making the cut for Smash Bros 4. :/

I really would like to Bowser Jr in the game as he I can really see fighting in the game.

Not feeling Rosalina or Daisy honestly. A lot of people love and play Wario Ware and a lot of people I seen want Ashley from Wario Ware to come. I say to put her in instead of those two.

Sadly Clones will not come again I believe too. So kind of a big NO for Toon Link, Falco, and Roy.

As for the Classic Characters from Nintendo's history so Little Mac is a BIG HELL YEAH! I dont know who Solana is. Is that a 3rd Party Character?

Um not so sure if Snake and Sonic are coming back even if as much people want them to come in. I think Masahiro Sakurai is putting limits this time on who from a 3rd Party is coming to the fight.

King K. Rool from Donkey Kong is a HELL YEAH no doubt about that!

They are using Skyward Sword Link so they will need to use Skyward Sword Zelda. No point keeping on using Zelda from Twilight Princess when she got a whole new look. Give a new look to Shiek as well. I like the Midna idea thats interesting. Not sure with Ghirahim.

Kirby, Mother and Captain Falcon I dont think there will be a another character from their franchises coming in.

Pokemon its real tough to see who will come in. Theres a lot of new Pokemon out there. The Pokemon Trainer I say to switch the Trainer to Female this time and well we will see what Pokemon she has. Lucario being replaced yeah it will happen. Some think Mewtwo is coming back so lets see.

Krystal is a must for StarFox no doubt! Wolf will take up Falcos spot as well I say.

Fire Emblem yeah Lyn can come in and Chrom from the newest Fire Emblem Awakening game can come too. Dont know if they will keep Ike.

Metroid I dont know really. I say maybe Dark Samus from Metroid Prime 2 and 3 can be there but not sure if that will happen.

Kid Icarus with Palutena that could work out!

So those are just my guesses there. Nice work on the artwork for the roster

Thanks for the critique. I still believe there might be a possibility of having both Spirit Train conductor Toon Link and player Toon Link existing at the same time. Solana is a main character from Pokémon Ranger, not a 3rd party character. That's why she's placed with the other Pokémon characters. I'm using Twilight Princess Zelda in these rosters because it still hasn't been confirmed that she's returning (but she really should). If she is, then she'll most likely have her Skyward Sword appearance, and I'll use that for a future roster. Until then, I'm just using her Brawl artwork. I've been thinking about whether I should use Chrom or Lucina as the Fire Emblem: Awakening rep. Chrom's the main character, but Lucina would be great as a female rep. Unfortunately, she's also a spoiler for the game. What do you think? Anyway, thanks again for the critique, and be on the lookout for more rosters in the future.

Yeah its funny now we just got Toon Link back too haha.
Hmm yeah Pokemon Ranger is like the 2nd most successful Pokemon spinoff game next to the actual Pokemon version games so that would be cool actually to see Solana then.
Lol well Chrom is a hell yeah and so is Lucina. Its 50 and 50 really. You have Chrom who would be awesome and Lucina who is cool too and can also benefit for the female roster. So I dont know guess thats for Masahiro to decide. :/
Yeah sure thing cant wait to see you do more

Yeah. It's kind of crazy how two players that I've been told will not be in the next game were confirmed for the next game.

No Ness, Lucas or The masked man? (masked man is a villian from lucas's game, mother 3)
Earthbound will always be in my heart

Aside from that I love this list. Thumbs up for Rosalina though

Thank you. Sorry this roster doesn't have any Earthbound characters. What do you think of my choice in players? Btw, I replaced Midna with Toon Zelda/Tetra in the next roster. I thought it would make more sense.

well I don't like the Pokemon trainers like N, solana and elisa. Red is good enough for a pokemon trainer we don't need more then that.
as much as I like tom nook, hes not fighting game material in my opinion. some of the other characters I'm really not sure about though like Meowth & Birdo.
