Description
The Spire extends over 7km into the air.

The structure is built of incredible hyper-composite materials. Superconductive materials and special conduits allow for clean energy transfer and the creation of special dampening emitters. These emitters are spaced throughout the gigantic structure to allow maintenance work on the superstructure or to reinforce it during very intense weather. They also distribute the load of the gigantic structure and disperse nearby storm clouds!

Powered mainly by geothermal energy, as the under Spire is built into the seabed as well, going down deep. The railgun is cooled by convection, as the high altitude of the upper Dome and Spire can easily reach -25 Degrees Celcius and lower. Of course, the upper floors are also pressurised like modern aircraft.
