Ratio 2:3 🇪🇨My proposal is to combine the three horizontal yellow, blue and red stripes of the old Gran-Colombia, each 4/14 thick. with the flag of Province of Guayaquil, Where each of the stars represents a part of the country, where the star on the right represents the Province of Quito, the star in the middle represents the Free Province of Guayaquil and the star on the left represents the Galapagos Islands.
