Here we have Misty from Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow versions.Misty was the Gym Leader of the Cerulean City Gym.
This was made with Perler Beads and made to appear as she did on the Game Boy Pocket.

Yeah, I like them, too. It stays true to the original game. I've seen a lot of people color sprites from back then, and I like them better when they're left in tact the way they were.
