This is my Hero factory Recon team MOC (Now updated to Hero V4-type body)

Name: James Gold Thunder (usually just James Thunder)

Team(s): Hero Recon Team, Recon Alpha. (H.R.T)

Team leader: Merrick Fortis*

Rank: Recon Commander, usually works alone or assists other teams. Also commands his own Recon Team from time to time.

Weapons/Tools: Silver Thunderswords, Portable energy shield (projected, emitter shown in pic on his left arm)

Bio: "Jamie" James thunder has been with the hero factory since the days of 1.0, after being assembled, he quickly rose to the top of his game and became the leader of his team, attracting the attention of merrick fortis and Mr. makuro. Just before his upgrade to 2.0, he was contacted by marrick fortis who requested a meeting in a secret area of hero factory. after said meeting, he was slightly upgraded to what many consider is "2.5", a type of hero construct only available to hero recon members. He was then assigned his rank and title as a hero recon team recruit! Today he has become a Recon Commander due to his invaluable service in the hero recon team.

Prior to his upgrade to 4.0, His former weapon, the "Thunder launcher" is a multitool, its primary purpose is the advanced control of electricity. the most incredible feat that can be performed with this weapon is actually catching a bolt of lightning, and compressing it into a sphere shaped projectile, known as a "thundershpere". The thunder launcher can also create an electric whip, an electric grapple, and a electric blowtorch. The thunder launcher has even been shown to have the ability to recharge a quaza core, making it one of the most valuable weapons in hero factory history! and it was a weapon James himself designed!

However, after his Upgrade to 4.0, he retired the Thunder launcher, designing and building a new weapon and a new tool for his 4.0 form. His new weapon is the twin Silver Thunderswords, a pair of energy blades he wields with one hand, as the both stem from the same base. Like his previous weapon, the Silver Thunderswords are capable of catching and re-directing lightning (not as a sphere), but the swords can also generate and fire their own electrical energy, this energy can be fired at enemies, used to extend the blades length and reach or transform the blade into a lightning whip. The swords alone, being made of energy can cut through almost anything, and the energy they can generate can be used to charge quaza cores. The tool he designed his his energy shield, projected from a fore-arm mounted emitter, the shield can be altered to be any size, from a flat, traditional-sized shield, to a large, dome shield that can cover multiple heroes in its glow. The emitter can also be used to project a sort of "Body shield" which acts as a layer of protection for his body.

The Retired Thunder launcher has been preserved within the hero factory museum of heroes. James occasionally checks on his old weapon to ensure it's being taken care of, or just visits to reminisce about past days.

*Update*

Due to the Semi-Recent Villain breakout, James has been upgraded to Hero 4.0 (Technically 4.5 thanks to recon tweaks), and has designed and built himself new gear. James has also risen through hero factory recon ranks to the rank of Recon Commander, to which he was promoted after the crisis on Quatros, due to his performance while gathering info on the witch doctor during the crisis, and his help cleaning up the planet and restoring its wildlife to its normal state after the crisis. As a Recon Commander he can work alone, assist other teams, or even lead his own recon team, dubbed "Recon Alpha". He has recently been charged with apprehending (or eliminating if nessicary) the former hero turned villain, Brainiac. (ref for him will be posed later)
