I was quite happy with that drawing before but the shadings ruined it x) Anyway...

Mahala, dressed with the traditional outfit she wears during important Tauren ceremonies. Mahala's totem (animal spirit guardian) is the stag. She discovered it during the adult ritual passage of the Tauren. Forced to survive into the wild during 7 days, without armour and unarmed. During those days, deserving Taurens with a pure heart could met their animal guardian who will folowed them during their all
lives. Mahala was blessed by the spirit of the stag, like her mother before her.

That's why she wear a tiara with antlers and a pendant representing her totem. Her body is painted with ritual markings of her birth clan. And she is also holding her faithful bow gifted by her father a long ago.

I tried to represent her a bit older on that picture. After spending most of her life traveling the world (and even others) and fight during many battles, she came back in Mulgore and the council of elders appoint her as an Hunter master. A place that allowed her to transmit the art of hunting to the folowing generations.
