Well this one wasn't as long as I did of revamped Tejina. But I am quite happy she's out in the spotlight and also my favorite from the team. Man I just love her fuku. XD XD
I use a Mercury's reference to try of Teikaen, and she just sooo cute.
This is Sailor Teikaen....
She's 2nd in command and is known to be an dual wielder.
She was only done by two days with sleepless nights. But she's happy to join in. Also I've gone and decided that each one wears different lip gloss.
