I finally decided to Β do some serious picture for the wingtail , there're 5 feathers look like fingers at the end of the wingtail , they function like normal fingers ,so Mahsira can do some simple trick like grabing and pointing stuff .

So first off, I really love how he designed this beautiful character, And the colores are mixed in ver well with the character. One thing thathe could fix is the little hind leg, Because I don't think it's possible for a cat to twist their paws that way.The eye with the star i it, Is absolutely beautiful! And his feathers on his tail are very delicately drawn. I bet that he spent more than an hour on this peice of art work. And the shading s just perfect. And I really love his fluffy ears!! I hope this can help!!

First thing I'd like to say, I think your an amazing artist and this OC is so adorable ^^
For vision, I think the lineart is clean. The details you did for the whole pic are amazing and you see no white spots at all. You put a ton of details into it, which I like about the pic the most. The concept of the character is great too...
For Originality, I think your OC is quite original and unique at the same time. You have a wonderful OC there ^^
As for technique, lineart is great. Shading is great, not too dark, not too light. Just right. I like how you did the techniques for the eye in this. It's so bright and colorful, and has a warmth compared to the cool colored background.
As for impact, I think this pic brings a quite cheery impact on it...makes you want to smile.

This is a lovely piece of work that really shows the developing talents you have as an artist along with showing the growth in your understanding and evolution of your style of design. The appearance of your character is striking and certainly hold a lot of captivation in the personality and admiration for the expression and body language that you've drawn upon, aspects such as the wink to the soft smile and head tilt all blend together to create an attractive portrayal of your character, while demonstrating your know how of working a character to bring forth the strength that they have. The face alone is an indication of your strengths in making your work stand out proudly from the crowd and that you know just what to apply to make it pop with excitement. Include on top your bold use of line art and soft layers of hues with the colours you really have developed something that has the potentials to keep getting stronger each and every time.
