Mahsira entered another realm, the colors in there is hard to describe with words, everything function differently in our world. Even the tiny pupils shows another universe emerge from it.This is a experimental piece, the point is to combine elements with unique shading together and applied it in my style. The entire process is quite dreadful, yet rewarding. If the color I applied is a bit off, the whole neon vibe is completely lost. The key is to avoid normal way of doing shading, and think outside the box

Certainly a whole different kind of drawing style. I'm guessing from the title you're referring to a kaleidoscope, where colours and shapes get trippy or weird.
It's certainly neon, as you say, but different as well. The geometrical patterns and shapes play a big role in forming this picture. The variety of red and blue spectrum give the picture that otherworldly feel, along with that bright neon blue lineart. I think Mahsira's eyes definitely make people who see this feel like they're seeing something totally 'wow'. Shading is somewhere between hard shading and soft shading, and looks quite 'jagged', which gives the picture this effect as well.
