No it wasn't, the artist Homicidal-Bunny who owns Pixel the Lockette traded an adopt to MaiaSadoptsNstuff
and they drew Pixel as payment for the adopt

you might want to remove "trade for adopt" part out and explain in descriptions so it prevents anything happening like this again

I'm pretty sure the description is self explanatory. And this is the first time something like this happened to me. All my adopts (as well as most adopts) have OPEN or CLOSED in the title, as well as some sort of description mentioning its price or what you can offer for them. The person who wanted to claim this character didn't even make an offer, they just said they'd "take them" so I'll assume they are new to the adopts community. uwu
