My jaws literally dropped open while I stared at this photograph by David Kawena in awe. The image of David by Michelangelo immediately popped up in my head. The firm and smooth rhythm of the muscles are beautifully accentuated by the high contrast shadows that the lighting forms upon the model. The model also knows how to flex each muscles he has (just look at his shoulder blades and his lifted leg!). The flower and necklace emphasizes the beauty of the photograph as a whole.
