I'm working on some new art for my roleplay/ARPG groupWe're always ope to new members of all levels of experience so don't be scared to head on over and get involved ^^
This devilish chap is my favourite OC, and the alpha of one of the packs over at the group. His name is Iericho Vilikas and I love him a little bit, mainly becasue he's a horrible person and great fun to RP XD ... OK, I love him a lot, so much so that he'll be a character in my upcoming novel, the final instalment in my primal progeny trilogy.

Firstly you need to get your character onto this reference sheet
and fill in this form with their information in the description:
Lair of The Lycan Application formName : ( Obviously your character’s name )
Nickname : ( Optional )
Birth Date: (What day, month, and year was your character born?)
True Age: (How old is your character?)
Appeared Age: (Does your character look their age? Do they look older than they are? Younger than they are? How much older/younger do they look? What makes them look older or younger than they are?)
Body Frame: (Does your character have small features and narrow hips and shoulders? Do they have broad, thick hip and shoulder bones? Petite, or beefy?(not necessarily meaning ‘fat’, mind you))
Height: (How tall is your character?(inches or centimeters))
Weight: (How heavy are they?(pounds or kilograms) Overweight? Underweight? Perfect weight? This BMI calculator can give you a general idea of what’s realistic, just input the height and weight you chose and modify as you see fit:
Then decide if you want them to be a loner, or a member of one of the packs.
After that you can dive right into RP

I might be able to do it, though you'd have to fill out all his details and he'd need a quadrupedal 'full wolf' form, we have a base you can use for that here Quadrapedal werewolf base . We also have a rule regarding markings. As real wolves in the wild do not express white markings (like the one he has on his chest) we do not allow them without the purchase of a wolf skin from the items store Items store This is the only way to get non-realistic markings on any character in LotL
(all points earned from sales go towards keeping the group as a super group)

Great! As far as his pelt, he is inspired by real wolves his white marking is realistic as this wolf was used as a sort of reference you can also see that many wolves have them. Sadly I can't use real money to purchase things online.

Ah, see, I thought that too, until I visited a wolf sanctuary a couple of years ago and had a very interesting chat with one of the zoologists there about wolves and dogs. He told me that white markings are a dog trait, not a wolf one, and that they are only ever seen in lines where there has been some interbreeding with domestic canines. The conservation trust he works at is this one:

So after visiting there and being lucky enough to be sniffed by some wolves (Still excited about that to this day XD) I looked it up, i found a couple of articles on colouration in wolves, and this one is the best for in depth explanations I think:

Interestingly, there's also speculation as to whether black wolves are as a result of historic interbreeding with domestic dog's as well, though that idea is not proven as yet:

Wow really? My apologies I've heard of this theory to about black wolves, I will definitely take a look at those links thank you. I've been doing extensive research on wolves for the past few years and am always happy to learn more.Does this mean I can't use this character?

Yup, I was surprised too. I've always been a bit obsessed with wolves and werewolves haha, I love finding out new things about them too
