Cool picture, bro.Β Really like the colors and the digital effects.Β They make up for how bad the lineart is.
But seriously, nice job you two.Β The only critiques I have are:
1) The lights on Daft Punk look really neat and make them look like messed up computers, but they also kind of obscure the details on their faces.Β Like, since there's so much glowing blue, it's a little hard to see Guy's eye and Thomas's mouth, which is pretty important to this interpretation of the characters.
2) Layton looks realistic, but that actually weirds me out.Β I know characters get reimagined into different artstyles all the time, but something weirds me out about Layton having eyes and a nose this time.Β Maybe if his hat wasn't so tall?Β With his current big hat, he looks kinda like a real person dressed as a cartoon character.
Speaking of people looking other kinds of people, why does Batter look like Joel to me?

It's only the nose and the hat that makes him look like Joel. The nose I choose for him just is the same as the Batter's.
