I have a kind of artist's block, so here you have a study on Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) from "A Song of Ice and Fire" --Game of Thrones--. Playing with styles and techniques in order to improve my digital painting skills.Related content

I read the books quite some time ago and followed the first two seasons of the show. Then I dropped it and now I'm just watching some episodes. Last season definitely made me want to go and watch what I've missed, it's a fantastic series.

Yes, very interesting world with so many details! For me books is better, cause show not give attention to many nice characters from books..But show have very nice cast, almost all look as I imagined. Besides the first-second seasons quite accurately follow the books, so the show is also quite good.
By the way, who your favourite characters?

Yes, I feel exactly like that too. The show is very good, with great cast and visuals but the books are richer in characters and world-building. I like almost every character, they are all very interesting and well written but if I had to choose, I'd say that Sansa is my favourite, just because I like her development --from naive little girl to learning the game-- and I like how she started as the one with the lesser Stark traits in her but as the story went on she started to feel more and more northern. I also like Jaime's development and the Hound, but I feel the best written chapters overall are Theon's.

I like most of characters too, in each POV sure to find someone interesting. Also each chapter is important to the plot, they all move the story forward, and gradually woven into the overall picture. It's amazing!
I very like Sansa too. We are rare one's, most people think she's stupid and ets. But I like her from the start, her naive, innosent side. Her dreams about love like in songs, her faith in a better right to the end.. and even after. Who else would call a drunken sad sack "my Florian"?
As like you, I like how she realized the value of the home and family, after all lost. As a girl all life dreamed of the south, is now the soul tends to the north.
Yes, now she has changed a bit, but still driven by the Little finger. I hope it will lead her to a better future.
I also very like Jon and Ghost, Ygritte, Tirion, Jaime, Brienna, Aeron Greyjoy, Brotherhood Without Banners and ets..very much of them. All about Theon is very sad, live was too cruel with him.
But my favourite is Bran. His line of story is riddled with mystical spirit of magic, old-time legends and scary fairy tales. Such space for the imagination! I look forward to what George Martin had prepared for him.

OOh, that's exactly why I love Sansa so much. Seriously, I like character that start soft, naive and silly and become strong individuals. I think she has a strong soul and is a real survivor. I think most people find her stupid because she was girly and acted her age at the begining.
I was also thinking about Bran, not because of his character but because of his chapters that are so full of magic and mystery, they are very ecovative, like a dark fairy tale.
