Different from what "Upgraded Sailor Star Rose" means ... >>;;Technically I suppose this if a picture of her "Super" form, but I don't like calling it that. It's basically the uniform she gets after Usagi III absorbs Tuxedo Mask's powers.
As with her other outfit, it was designed by Naoko Takeuchi. Usagi wore it in some Manga Art.
