I really love the colors in this. Everything is very drained, like by ripping out the heart it's denied of life. Very cool. The contrast of the red is also awesome. Love how you did the blood around her mouth.
My favorite part about this is the eyes. They're just so...deep. I can see the emptiness in them, and the bags emphasis it. Wonderful job.
