I recently went to Buffalo, New York, and saw fourteen of these in a row!  It was crazy!  This is a really cool shot

Lovely shot.  I remember when my friends and I would drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas we would pass the wind turbines located out there in the desert.  They were always awesome to see, but they're noisy according to the east coast neighborhoods they've been put up at running along the shoreline.  People can't sleep, the lights (for planes to see them) keep them awake, they can't stand the 'whirrring' noise they make.
