Prismacolor pencils.We're having a reflections contest at school and the theme is "my favorite place..." This is my submission! My favorite place is with the animals. Haha. (You can submit writing, drawings, photography, etc..many things.)
I got permission to use all the reference photos for this piece!
I used Oh Those Tiger Eyes , a lovely photo by =Justaminute , as a reference for the eyes. (Thank you!
)I used Lion 13 as a reference for the nose and mane and Jaguar for the forehead spots and ear; both by the extremely talented *Art-Photo . (Thank you too!

I took the reference photo for the zebra stripes above the eye.
I made up everything else. (There are feathers, cheetah spots, then giraffe spots on the cheek.)
My favorite part is the left eye! (Left to us.)

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so

Cool concept! I enjoy seeing how you integrated the different animal fur/feather textures- the jaguar spots melding seamlessly into the giraffe patches and the zebra striping on the tiger eyespots.
In particular, I think it was clever to draw the feather textures along the tiger's cheeks and jowels, since these are so fluffy and feathery (in male tigers anyway. I think zoologists might even refer to the fluffy jowel fringes as "feathers" but don't quote me on that!).Β

I love how you did the different tipes of patterns and tqunicks (I don't care if I spelled it wrong I'm really tired) it makes the eyes really pop. Love it!!!!!!!!!!
