The CIT herself, Courtney! I feel like I did a better job on this than most. I know I'm not a fan of Courtney by any stretch anymore (I strongly blame the writing of later seasons) however I know of two friends of mine by the names of and who are still pretty big fans of her. It's cute looking. Arms still need work, her hair is also different shades of brown and her skin is light tan. Just keep that in mind.

Just keep trying. Always use references and tutorials. I know it's a little hard to handle criticism, I still have my moments where I get upset when I'm criticized, mainly because I'm very sensitive and a crybaby unfortunately. 
I still get upset over mine, but as long as you learn from them, it's all okay.
