While most Video games tend to give SSJ4 a red aura is the aura of a SSJ4 in Gt the same as by the regular SSJ (but when there stamina is filled do there get a red outline for some reason).

LOOK. They don't have Dragon Ball Super outfits because the artist decided not to. SSJ4 is from GT, this is a crossover of GT and Super, so they wear their GT outfits. Because if they had Super outfits, then they'd be Super Goku and Vegeta, which means they'd have SSG and SSB, not SSJ4.

I think it was just an artistic decision due to... well, SS4 primarily being with those outfits and thus they're the most iconic. I mean, the image of Goku as an SS4 with the red fur, long black hair and those yellow Gi pants alone is almost instantly recognizable. I think if the artist wanted to, they could've totally done a version of where they're either in their Resurrection F gear or the gear from BoG and the Future Trunks saga onward (which is basically their Android saga get-up) but as it is now, it was more than likely done this way because that's just what they preferred and because it was so iconic.

You do realize that Hitozaru is a mortal form, and Super Saiyan Rose is a expy of Super Saiyan God, so neither Goku or Vegeta would get that down, as it's not another Super Saiyan transformation, simple is that.

No that's not it, Super Saiyan Rose (As colors go by) is pretty much inverted form of Super Saiyan God, Toriyama designed it (As i would see that it would be utilized in the Manga when the time comes).
