Because Soul and Maka isn't the only couple I ship from Soul Eater.Blekh. Please ignore that painfully fluffy background. I guess I just wanted to reference Black*Star’s incredibly romantic line: “If the dark sky is me, then the sparkling stars are Tsubaki.” Because, seriously. How fucking romantic is that?

also, this may sound unusual, but I like that you kept Blackstar shorter than Tsubaki like he actually is. Most people alter everything and make him taller just because that's the norm in most couples and it drives me nuts!! But I think the height difference is really cute and your picture is a great example

I'm glad you can appreciate that! I made sure to keep it that way both because it's canon and because I think it's fun that he's shorter. Maybe when they reach adulthood he'd grow taller than her, because he is younger than her. But I do like the idea of her staying taller.
