Ohayocon 2011. On Saturday, I cosplayed as Erza Scarlet, and my boyfriend went as Natsu Dragneel both from Fairy Tail.

For my costume, I had to figure out an inexpensive way to make armor (something i had never done before) and went about it using duct tape, paper mache, and paints. I think it turned out well enough (not including how uncomfortable it was @-@) Bryan helped a lot, as did my roommate so i owe them both an awesome thanks

For Bryan's cosplay, it was his first one and i helped him a bit, but he did pretty much all of it himself (this cosplay taught him how to sew XD) But... we'd forgotten his fairy tail symbol on his arm in our rush from the house, so we had to buy a marker at the store and do it there XD Also, we know now that trying to style normal hair is much harder than styling a wig, so for future cosplay, expect a wig XD

Anyways, we both had a fun time and what not, and we ran into a few other cosplayers from Fairy Tail which was awesome
