I really like the expression on her face, and the way you handled the hair. Excellent work with the wrinkles as well.
One little detail, it could use reflection in the water from the elf as well as the vines.
I thought that's what her legs where at first, might want to make her legs much darker below the water or something and not just suddenly end. Hmm, I guess that constitutes two little things.
