Costumes by Mandi and Jim Grant

---

Jim and I dressed up as a steampunk gentleman and lady for Halloween this year! Our costumes were so much fun to make and wear at work for a whole day, though the corset did start to bug me somewhere around the 6th or 7th hour in it.

We started work on these in the summer and tried to use stuff we already had (like my hat, boots, corset, blouse and Jim's pants, boots, white shirt, and some accessories). Still, we ended up going a bit overboard and bought a lot of stuff to really pull it all together!

My co-workers Russ Andes and Danny Ngan were kind enough to take a bunch of photos of us on the train tracks behind the office. Behold, the result!

Nice one, but's so strange that there're a tone comments under your MLP humanization works, but nothing here! (or may be I AM FIRST!!1!11) And I like costumes very much, but it would be epic about 20% if photo captured near huge rarity locomotive or airship. That could add some steampunk atmosphere.
