Basic History- One of the 7 Fabled Heroes. Vlad is considered a zombie, being presumed dead for 40 years and ended up being reanimated Frankenstein style. The cause of death is a mystery, but his left arm has been cut off at the elbow and has a large crater in the middle of his head and no visible brain. The reason for his reanimation is also unknown, but he seems to be after Ivan for what seems to be vengeance against something, unlikely for it to be murder.

>Spiral Kick - Jumps and spins 360 degrees, slamming his right leg into his opponent on his way down.
>Spiral Upper - Spins 720 degrees upwards and lands an uppercut during the spin.

>(Super 1) Infinity Booster - Tucks himself into a ball and spins upward to the top of the screen, kicking his opponent on his way up. When he reaches the top of the screen, he hits a Life Booster into the front wall.
>(Super 2) Deadly Spiral Upper - Shrouds his fist in his supernatural energy and hits a very strong Spiral Upper.

>(Apocalypse Now) Eternal Booster - 1x large Life Booster, rising upwards just before he reaches the wall and slams his opponent into the ground in the same move.
