This is the first place prize I made for an Italian board Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament. Congrats to SupEr yOshI93, the tournament winner! *cheers*

Moulded with natural, water-based clay then fired at more than 900° and then painted with acrylics like my other busts and sculptures.
Ike from Fire Emblem is one of my favourite playable characters in SSBB, so I was really happy when I discovered than the winner of the contest used him in the final round (I promised to make an artwork of the character used by the winner in the last fight). I used reference pics of the character taken from different games, so at the end I made him in my own style, instead of sticking to one of the official ones. This way I had more fun, but he doesn't really look like Ike in the SSBB game. ^^'

Terracotta; acrylics; clear matte spray; glossy water glaze (over the eyes).
