its a cool process we do in animation to - to facilitate coloring of frames.

Adobe illustrator is a cool software for cell shading

^_^ Ahh. Here's how she explained her process by the way.

"I used a program to vectorize it, which makes all the lines smooth and infinitely scaleable. Then I just converted it back into a png so I have the vector and the PNG."
