While I didn't notice what the gravestone said until I got home, this seems to have a very sad story behind it. Sarah gave birth to Milton on September 11th. I assume she suffered complications, as she died four days later. Six days after her death, her son passed away.

This is one of the reasons I love to visit cemeteries. You always seem to find fascinating snippets of people's lives.

I don't have a photo of the husband/father's grave, but the next time I visit this cemetery I am curious to see how long he outlived his wife and child.
