Description β€œThe long-necked and slender-bodied Dragon, who called herself Susa and slithered across the cloudy sky in a most graceful fashion, soon flew the five orphans high over the Gap of Mirandos and straight across the pebbly banks of the River Kadros. Susa and her fellow dragon Fazu both happened to be the no other than the two major exemplars of the legendary Water-Drakes of Ossori, who have long guarded the waters that flowed from the foothills of the nearby mountains for many a century, and whose abode happened to be a small, hilly, diamond-shaped island to at stood before the mountains in the middle of the River Kadros and was home to a great water-mill-fortress, the Bastion of Lake Ossori, that the Water-Drakes once helped the local men to build in an earlier age in order to provide their families, hamlets and villages with a steady and valuable supply of fresh drinking water. Susa and Fazu landed Aaronus and his four friends atop the topmost hill of their island abode, and the orphans soon told the dragons that the breathtaking, scenic views of Lake Ossori, the River Kadros, and the surrounding fjords, mountains and valleys were the single most beautiful sights that they have ever seen in their lives. The two dragons also took the orphans the Bastion of Lake Ossori and allowed them to marvel in awe at how its many water-mills and turbines all worked together as a single intricate system. Afterwards, Susa gave Aaronus the magic shield and jewel that were once the heirlooms of his dynasty, along with a shears of the sacred Epprasil which she fetched form the waters of Lake Ossori itself and some other gifts for the Four Scavengers, and then she flew the five orphans to the wild outskirts of the Gap of Mirandos.”
