Description It is the Hell Creek Formation, 67 million years ago. As a pair of Edmontosaurus annectens come to the ponds within the woods to drink, a Thescelosaurus neglectus sprints past a tree where two squirrel-like Multituberculates are chasing one another, and past the ferns and bushes with white flowers as a pair of Polyglyphanodons, large iguana-like herbivorous lizards, come by to munch on the fern fronds.
Three Avisaurus archibaldi fly overhead past the Redwood trees.
At 4 meters (13 feet) long, Thescelosaurus is an interesting and unique ornithopod dinosaur. Not only does it have teeth found right next to its beak, but the specimen of the creature shown, nicknamed “Willo” was once reported to have a preserved heart when it was first unearthed in 2001; but later research has revealed that the “heart” is actually a concretion of sand full of sedimentary minerals which were deposited when the animal’s remains were fossilized.
Nevertheless most dinosaurs (and pterosaurs) are now thought to have four-chambered hearts just like those of their closest Archosaurian relatives, the birds and crocodilians, in addition to other features such as endothermy (warm-bloodedness), color vision, and mineralized eggs, which all set them apart from other reptiles such as squamates (snakes and lizards) and turtles.

Thank you. The feathers on the thescelosaurus? And did any other small ornithopods have feathers like this too?

The feathers are very nice. There smooth like a deer's fur.

True. If you actually look at them from a distance you’d think that they look just like birds with long tails
