HAZZAH! Finally completed it!!!
Ok, now an overview.
From the original artwork: Liberty Leading the People, by Eugene Delacorix (c.1830)
All the figures within the work have either been manipulated or removed.
The centre figure has become George Bush (American President). The little boy the 'her' left has been changed to represent John Howard (Australian Prime minister) wearing an 'Akubra' hat (Iconic Australian hat). The figure which is on their knees is Dr Condoleezza Rice, the Right hand 'man' of George Bush.
The figure holding the shotgun is Tony Blair (British Prime minster) and to his right is Dick Chaney holding a sword. Below him is the Australian Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer. Below Downer is Australia's Treasurer Peter Costello laying on the ground. Opposite to Costello is Saddam Husain.
In behind all the 'key' figures of today’s society is a rally of protestors which also involves David Hick (Australian Terrorist Suspect) alongside of Osama Bin-Laden, both holding posters to stop the war of Iraq.
Along side of Dick Chaney and next to the protesters is a large sign, to show the struggle of oil process. The sign contains the types of fuel, and a certain body part which is used to pay for the specific fuel type.
On the opposite side of the work, contains several iconic symbols of England, Australia and America; Twin Towers, Sydney Harbour, Big Ben and a Red Double Decker Bus.
Throughout the work there are references to war, such are the 3 fighter jets in the top left-hand corner, 2 choppers lingering over Sydney Harbour, and several political leaders holding weapons.
- Howard = 2 Pistols (Taken from Tomb Raider Legend
).- Bush = An assault Rifle with bayonet.
- Blair = A high powered shotgun.
- Chaney = Machete + Pouched gun.
- Downer = Sword.
I would love to know what people think about this work..... I’m getting it printed tomorrow and if people could give any further ideas that i might be able to sneak in, that’ll be great.

The great piece, I absolutly love it. I think it funny how this painting was originally done to advocate the frech revolution in the 19 century and how the french are now against any action that would fight terror or institute freedom in the middle east. funny.

Took so long to find the right faces, with the right expressions on them.
And to get them right as well.... if you didn't see any of the development ones (Currently Untitled works), Condoleezza's hair isn't all what it seems. A lot of it is just a copy of another part of the hair because it just look awquard with it cutting right off
