Description octavia won the poll so here she is!

she was pretty easy pony to make but i didn't enjoy all the satin stitching. her bow tie is removable. she's a very elegant pony!

THIS IS NOT A "HAND PUPPET." i don't even want to hear the jokes, it's getting old already.
