I used a fabric called "alpha geena" to make 2 long strips with holes on both ends & insert long strip of bed foam sheet for both newly made fabric strips. You could twist both strips or use thread & sew it around the strips to make the spiral humps. It's quite hard to explain in words, but I hope this helps.
