So, recently finished Skyward Sword...I kinda torn about this one, because I loved the storyline but there was a lot in the game that I didn't like....lets start with the good things. Minor spoilers...

The storyline was really cool, and I liked that Link and Zelda had some history before the game starts. Its a nice change from that elusive princess that you have to go and rescue because thats your job. Groose was hilarious - I really didn't like him at first, but then he turned out to be really handy.

Most of the things that really bugged me were gameplay related. The stamina gauge only was a problem during the desert area. Beware of quicksand. But your shield can only take so much damage and then it breaks?! Sure, your wooden shield could burn up, but to actually break apart? That was not fun. I was so careful not to loose my shield that I basically played the game without one. And then you find out about the "absurdly sturdy" hylian shied that would have been really helpful earlier on...oh well.

The Silent Realm challenges were really annoying. It was similar to twilight princess, collecting the tears and all - but sneaking around is not my specialty. Finally, the Imprisoned was the most annoying boss ever...three times!

Speaking of which, that giant black thing at the top is supposed to be the Imprisoned...I'm not sure that really translates well. Link and Zelda's loftwings were really fun to draw all the feathers. I wanted to try and draw Fi without it looking creepy, although it was so weird drawing eyes without any pupils...At the bottom, Groose, Link, Zelda and Girahim. I loved how the official art looked kind of like watercolor and I tried to keep that quality. Excuse the poor coloring on the clothes I had a hard time with that. Zelda I could not get right no matter how hard I tried. I know her dress is white, but my whilte pencil was simply not going to cut it. Same thing with Girahim wearing black. I think it suits him, though. He wins my vote for best villian laugh. And just the way he spoke, almost like prose was really amusing. Any one else think of Kuja?
