Simply Sai or Photoshop with a totally normal brush But I use a tablet!

oh, well, do those icons resize to 50x50 with good quality? because whenever I make a 150x150 or 100x100 icon and try to resize it, the quality gets jacked up. I've tried iaza and a few other                                                                    gif resizers.. do you have a certain program for that? u v u

I do my animation with Photoshop and I have no problem resizing it with this program
