Whenever they're on a mission and it gets dangerous, Makoto always pulls out an inspirational speech out of his ass to boost the confindence and cohesion of his team. But guess what, he's the first one to freak out or to panic when a mistake happens, so that its Kaoru's and Chigusa's turn to calm him down~
But to the screenshot by itself, they're on a mission and lost track of Hanji. Since none of them bothered to care to take a map with them, they're lost deep in the woods.
