Let's add more characters to the Russian Cities Bacchanalia folder.
Here strikes Novosibirsk-dono, the Siberian city of young mad scientists who has a special reason to love May Day - this drawing is dedicated to Monstration, the "alternative denonstration" on the 1st of May which first originated in Novosibirsk and is now popular among other Russian cities. On this event people make funny costumes and go to the streets with humorous banners or even memes instead of political slogans. I love this event
Here Novosibirsk-dono has banners with "Bagel holes for sale, huge prices!" and "You'd better work instead" signatures.
