It's a lil too heavy and dark at the top of the pic, but I really wanted to do that translucent skirt thing. O:

This is gorgeous, how do you get the watercolor-like texture?

I used the marker and watercolor tool in Paint Tool Sai to color, then I put a texture on the topmost layer on overlay mode, it makes some bright areas brighter and darker giving it that sort of effect.
