Okay, first off, this is a pretty good poster!
The emotion is very well done, and the overall composure of the poster is also good.
However, it could use a few more lights, but knowing how to use lights properly takes practice. Also, when people stand, they usually don't spread their legs out that far, instead standing relatively straight.
By the looks of this poster, however, it looks like you've got talent! Keep practicing and you'll be one of the greats in no time!
