Personality: Silent, intimidating, this SandWing has been the Royal Dungeonmaster and Executioner for as long as anyone can remember. The myth goes that as long as there are evil dragons to punish and behead, this dragon will not die. He stares at the prisoners brought into the prisons, and he seems to be deaf to their curses, screams, or insults as he gives them their punishments or tortures. His scars come from those who ferociously fought back, but the Rackmaster always wears them down in the end.

On the days of execution, he takes his wards to the scaffolding, quiet as a spectre as he stands them on the platform, and ends their lives depending on how the SandWing queen wishes them to die.
