Yesterday there was "Road to ElDorado" on tv and, yes: after seeing the armadillo I began to draw XD.
If I remember correctly, Zkauba defines Carter as "Earth Mammal" in a derogatory sense, so I assume that Nug-Sothts are oviparous like insects. Differently from Deep-Ones which are very close to a sort of immortality, they age and die exactly like us, so I wanted to draw a young (female) member of this race along with a veteran of the Dholes War.
I'm still working on their traditional clothes, and I'm not satisfied yet. Looks too much WARcraft instead of LOVEcraft :/
