Description
According to a poll where I asked what her name should be, 'Tempest' and 'Zoe' had the same results, and since I think Tempest would fit her design and personality more I choosen Tempest to be her current name.

Her design was originally intended to be Harper's official design, but this design didn't fit for her perfectly so I changed it. I also liked this design a lot and I didn't want to let it drown through my computer's files, so I turned into a character. That's why some people will find it familiar.
