FENNEL TOWN:

- This is the starter town for the Malay region, i wanted to give it a limited feel of space, because your still confined here until you start you adventure. Lots of the pieces used in this map are edited from sprites found at spriters resource. I wanted to give the town significance other than your home, so i but a pillar covered in moss in the corner on a hill, the pillar is a ruin from the ancient civilization of Malay, who are relevant to the story line. The building at the top is the lab, where prof. Yew lives (the guy on the hill by the pillar). Your house is the one with the old lady outside with the letter box. The old lady is your grandma who lives with you and your mum. She knows prof. Yew very well, and remembers when he came to the town.

I'll explain each point as it happens:

- Before you get a watch in the game, you wake up at night, with your mum waking you. She says that your supposed to go and help prof. Yew with his astronomy tonight. So you go outside, there are no people about, save the little girl who stops you from leaving the town, and all the houses are locked. Go to the top of the hill and prof. Yew will look through the telescope, he sees a meteor crash somewhere in the distance. He says that he couldn't determine where the meteor landed, and that if he found it, it could be great for his research. Prof. Yew suggests that you talk later when he has spoken to some people.

- You wake up again and you mum gives you a watch so that you can tell the time, she suggest talking to Yew again. When you meet Yew in his lab he says that he has decided to ask you to go and find the meteor and that on the way you can train pokemon and keep a pokedex. He says that he left the starter pokemon out in the garden in his suitcase. You go outside and a Marmutt attacks Yew. You then choose your starter and fight off the Marmutt. The prof says afterwards that his pokedex delivery hasn't come yet but in the meantime you can go to Charlock town an explore. (I'll explain that bit when i come to it)

- Later in the town after visiting Charlock the prof will give you a pokedex and poke balls after that you meet your rival, who doesn't have the opposite starter to you. You also have to tell your mum that your going on a quest.

Prof. Yew can be fought after you defeat the elite four he has a Solrock lv.75 and a Lunatone lv.75.
