I love surreal things. You can sit and think about them.

the good about surreal painting is that there's no single way to explain it. there're always many possibilities to see the world - as it is in life.
i love these kind of forests with these thin, tall trees. you really have the impression to stand inside a prison. it can be very frightening

i know who he was and i've seen some of his works, but i was never really attentive of these. someone here at DA compared my works with Bacon before, so maybe i should have a look on Bacons works

haha, actually the pose came from a picture of a musician during a performance (Virgin Prunes). maybe he read that guide

I do agree with one of the comments above Chet Zar definitely seems similar to this painting, his work though is a tad darker. Lovely job with the colors, must of been some dream.
