Even the best thoughts could be distorted by insanity. Since his early childhood Rex Mason dreamed of becoming a superhero. His obsession with superpowers went beyond all limits. When Rex found out that there is a new device at S.T.A.R. Labs, the so-called "Weather Stabilizer", he broke into a laboratory, killed the guards (an evil deed, but allegedly for a noble cause!) and stole the device. After obtaining the "Weather Wand" Rex became the "Weather Wizard", a hero from his dreams, and starting administering justice - in his own realization. Some punks vandalize the walls? Strike them with the lightning! There's a shootout between police and thieves? Polish the entire neighborhood with a powerful tornado. Some civilians died? Inevitable casualties in the war on crime. Now Weather Wizard knows - he is the only real, true hero. And everyone who dares to stand in his way is a supervillain and must be destroyed - without mercy.
