I know that Mattel has plans for a daughter of the Snow Queen, but I think there needs to be more princes. Anyway, this is Hale Winters, he's a royal. He wants to be like his mother (the evil version, not the Frozen version). True to his story, he's rather cold, but has a fiery temper. He has a big ego, which means he is easily manipulated by choice words about his inability to do things. Like his mother, he can use ice magic.Hale Winters & Art = Me.

Well, technically they are the same story, but i don't like Crystal and there needs to be more evil characters, so in my headcannon Hale replaces Crystal.
