Recently discovered this snapshot of a scene from the MLP Comics: vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/m… I ship it.

So, Celestia found her escape from reality in an alternate reality where she never sent her sister away. In this reality, she is very close with King Sombra, who is a good and kind ruler. She didn't allow herself to act on these feelings out of guilt. She didn't feel she deserved to be happy after banishing her sister. However, after Nightmare Moon came back and Luna was reclaimed, Celestia no longer needed to go to the alternate universe, but she still had feelings for Alternate!Sombra. These feelings were exacerbated by this dimensions Somabra's return. Eventually, Celestia returned to the alternate universe, and returned pregnant with her son, Helios. I haven't decided on his personality yet, but it's gonna be something... unexpected.
