Perfect! Exactly as I pictured it! This book is amazing...can't wait to read the second one. I'll be doing an illustration of Breq and Seivarden soon but it's difficult considering she doesn't actually describe anyone. I went through most of AJ picturing Breq as a guy although I guess she's supposed to physically be a female. One Esk is a great character though.

The second book's been out since October - get on it! The third, on the other hand...
I find the whole premise intriguing. It's the kind of book I think about even while I'm not reading it. I hope she writes more in this verse even when Breq's story is complete, in the vein of She Commands Me and I Obey .
