And here we have the first full size mock-up of one of the competitors of the 32nd Budokai Tournament, Nomei Kanari!Nomei Kanari is the DBNA version of 's character Sarah Li.
This was one of my favorite designs to come up with. She kinda reminds me of a female General Tao. She's gonna be a lot of fun.

Speaking of RRA, they're not going to show up in DBNA in the future, are they? Actually, better question is, is there any possibility we'll see Emperor Pilaf and his two friends Shu and Mai in the future? Or are they dead of old age by DBNA's timeline?

One thing I pressed early on was that, unlike other Dragon Ball fan mangas, I wouldn't re-use villains who appeared before. I can understand using a previous concept and twisting it into your own, but I think it lacks creativity to use old villains like Broly, Pilaf, Majin Buu, etc etc. So to answer that part of the question, I don't plan on using Emperor Pilaf at all.
In terms of the Red Ribbon Army, that movement has been gone for decades by the time DBNA began. The only remnant of the RRA left is the Super Computer of Dr. Gero's that created Clone 17 and Super 17.

Ah, I see. Not that I was hoping if there would be old villains making appearances in DBNA. I just wasn't entirely sure, as I joined your fanbase like...halfway into DBNA around mid '11.
But we won't be seeing any remnants of the RRA later on I hope? Besides SUper Android 18, I mean. Cause all those new androids that kept on popping up every now and then were just getting a bit annoying by GT. Especially GT's Super 17. He was supposed to be dead by the end of the Cell Saga as Cell assimilated him, and yet he shows up in GT. If you know what I mean.

At the end of the Cell Saga, they wished back all of Cell's victims. That includes Android 17. He also appeared during the Buu Saga when he gave energy to Goku to kill Kid Buu.

Even though that's a Mistake and Lunch was supposed to Appear in his Place...BTW, if an "Infinite Energy Reactor" Android gives Energy for a Spirit Bomb, won't it be Infinite- Powered O.o?!

Oh...guess I missed that part. Now I feel like an idiot. Still, the androids had become annoying by the time they made their appearances after the Cell Saga. Just...my personal opinion, not that I'm trying to offend.
